Added flag parsing,
BACKUP is now a type of source (works like FOLDER, but only executed if --backup option is specified),
Now --source used to point to directory containing sources.list
Ran shellcheck against script

README had some info added to reflect this, and --help text was revamped as well. Tested as working.
