Make the build command configurable as an argument, allowing e.g., a
script to build the package in a chroot or container to be used instead
of regular makepkg. Also adds an option for a signing key and performs
the signing as post-build step.

Script can now add to a specified package DB. Parameters for the DB are
hardcoded for now.
